Termoelektro-Mont d.o.o. - Podgorica was founded as a legal entity on  27 December 1999, and is doing business in a system of Termoelektro ad.  Until then the company was a part of a share holding company Termoelektro - Belgrade, as a working unit – building site Podgorica.

5 working units (Podgorica,Bar,Niksic,Pljevlja,Tivat).

Termoelektro-Mont is widely known to Montenegrin public by regular repairs, such as annual repair of Steam Power Station - Pljevlja, as a vital part of Montenegro energetic system functioning.

Mega projects, such as the reconstruction of Steam Power Station-Pljevlja last for 5 months, and during that period Termoelektro-Mont, for example, during the year 2001 assembled and disassembled 2.300t of boiler equipment and finished over 6.000 heats on responsible spots of high pressure. The firm worked every day, on Sundays and holidays, 24 hours a day, and 400 workers participated in the reconstruction
